Customers of South Sudan Urban Water Cooperation visited our company, Macky Ma general manager of Shandong NATE accompanied to visit the factory and introduced the production and operation of the company. And in-depth communication was carried out on giving play to industry advantages and expanding cooperation in various fields.
South Sudan Urban Water Cooperation’s project is hot dip galvanized steel water tank with the steel tower. So we detailed introduced the steel sheet’s physical properties, steel sheet’s chemical element composition, structure of the hot dip galvanized steel water tank, the production process of water tank (raw material steel plate--steel plate cutting--mould pressing in normal temperature--flaw detection--drill bolts nuts holes according to drawing--weld flange according to drawing--hot dip galvanized--check--quality testing) and the components of the water tank include bottom panels, side panels, roof panels, manhole cover, inside ladder, inside steel tie piece, inside tie piece plate, plugging angle iron, support, nipples, sealing rubber strip, silicone sealant glue, flanges(inlet flange, outlet flange, overflow flange, drain flange), outside ladder, water level indicator, outside tie piece plate, bolts nuts and washer, u-steel base. About the panels, detailed introduced the size of the panels and the thickness of the panels. After detailed introduction, customer have a deep understanding of the products.
Meanwhile we showed part of our projects and achievements to customer, they were impressed by some of the projects and expressed their appreciation for our experience and expertise.
Except the hot dip galvanized steel water tank, we also introduced our other water tanks to customer, like GRP water tank, stainless steel water tank, enamel steel water tank, they all showed great interests and indicated that will cooperation on these products in the future!
After our introduction and communication, South Sudan Urban Water Cooperation had a detailed understanding of Shandong NATE's technical strength in water tank design, production and other aspects. Customer said that through this visit and exchange, they further deepened their understanding of Shandong NATE. Both sides will learn from each other, and work together for common development and mutual benefit, and reach a preliminary cooperation agreement.
